TDS/PDS--D. Tender Preparation--	The Tenderer shall submit with its e-Tender the following additional documents: 1. Detail Specification, Necessary Technical literatures and Leaflets/Catalogue including storage guide lines of the offered equipment/Items in english language. 2. Name of the manufacturer and the certificate of the country of origin of the offered equipment/Item. 3. If the Tenderer is not manufacturer or produce the goods it offers to supply shall submit the Manufacturer Authorization & Warrenty/Guarantee Letter (Form PG3-5) Uploaded in section 6.Authorization letter form Dealer/ Trading House will not be accepted.Authorization Letter form manufacturers Sales office Located in other country (Not in the country of Origin) may be allowed if supported by manufacturers letter.In this regard Scanning paper, E-mail Copy, faxed copy will not be allowed. 4. Certificate form the manufacturer conferming that his offered items are new, unused, in condition and will fit properly without any modification. 5. Quality assurance certificate in the favour of manufacturer from an International reputed orginization. 6. Testing/Quality assurance procedure of the goods/materials to conferm their conformity to the specification as per relevant standard. 7. Guanantee/ Warrenty certificate form the Tenderer on genuineness of the equipments/ Items and its satisfactory performence during the warrenty period as per GCC 33.3	The Tenderer shall submit with its e-Tender the following additional documents: 1.
