Eligibility of Tenderer :	Only eligible tenderers with the following key qualifications may participate in this tender. • The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor shall be (Five) years. • The minimum specific experience as prime contractor in construction works of at least 01 contract of similar nature, complexity and methods/ construction technology successfully completed within the last 5 years each with a value of at least Tk. 1,20,00,000.00 • The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk.1,25,00,000.00 over the last 05 (five) years. • The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 50,00,000.00
