Eligibility of Tenderer :	1. The tenderer must have minimum 10 (ten) years of experience. 2. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor in construction works of at least 1 contract of similar nature, complexity and method/construction technology successfully completed under public sector within the last 5 years, each with a value of at least Tk. 90,00,000 (ninety lakh). 3. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 2,10,00,000 (two crore ten lakh) over the last 5 years. 4. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 70,00,000 (seventy lakh). 5. The Minimum Tender Capacity shall be Tk. 1,00,00,000 (one crore) Tenderer has to submit the document regarding On-Going Works/Current Commitment attached in Section -8 of Tender document. Tenderer providing any wrong/misleading/ fabricated information or hiding information regarding On-Going Works/Current Commitment will be liable as per PPR-2008. 6. Manpower and equipment as per TDS. 7. Other conditions as per TDS.
