This Invitation for Tender (IFT) is open to all eligible supplier/distributor/manufacturer registered in e-gp system meeting the following criteria:
a) Experience of minimum 5 (five) years in the electro-mechanical works and years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System.
b) Minimum specific experience of at least 01 (One) contract of supply and Installations/repair of lift successfully completed within the last 5 (five) years with a value of at least Tk. 60,00,000.00 (Sixty Lac) in any Govt./Semi Govt./Autonomous Bodies in Bangladesh.
c) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 100,00,000.00 (One crore) over the last 5 (Five) years*. Payment certificates for contracts in progress or completed under public sector must be submitted along with tender in support of average annual construction turnover.
c) Manufacturer’s authorization document from lift manufacturer shall be submitted.
d) The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be minimum Tk. 60,00,000.00 (Sixty Lac). Letter of commitment for Bank’s Undertaking for line of credit should be in the format as specified in the tender form. Document submitted along with the tender must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender.
e) Up to date ABC/BC category Contractory & Electrical Supervisory license from Bangladesh Electrical Licensing Board.
f) Up to date Income tax clearance certificate.
g) Up to date VAT registration certificate..
h) Up to date valid Trade license.
i) Other required eligibility and conditions of the tenderer are shown in TDS & PCC of tender documents.
j) Amendments of PPR 2008 and PPA 2006 shall be followed.
