Tenderer shall submit with its e-Tender the following additional documents:
1) NID & Renewed Trade License upto last financial year.
2) TIN Certificate and Updated Income Tax Clearance Certificate.
3) VAT Registration Certificate
4) ABC Category Electrical Supervisory License renewed upto last financial year.
5) 1st class Electrical Contractor license renewed upto last financial year.
6) Turnover Certificate with completed work list and Annual Financial Report of Last 05 (Five) Year duly audited by a recognized firm.
7) Specific Experience Certificate, Bank solvency & liquid asset certificate must be attached.
8) Tender security should be submitted according to the regulation 22 (1) of PPR-2008 in form of Bank Draft or Pay order otherwise tender will be rejected.
9) For submission of any false information by bidder, tender will be considered Non-responsive.
10) In case of tie for the evaluated price, the tender shall be selected based on the “Past performance evaluation and ration matrix for different aspects” to be use in assessing the tenders quality (ITT Clause-30.4).
11) In case of multiple equals, there total turnover of last five years shall determined the ranking in their past performance.
 

Special Clause:
1) Material will be Tested as per IEC standard by CRS, BPDB, Tongi.
2) Before supply of all materials contractor shell submit all technical documents and invoice form manufacturer and for foreign materials contractor should submit all shipping/import documents.
3) Also Attached the Warranty Certificate.
