The scope of Supply shall be defined in: [insert “section 6, Schedule of Supply” ] or [At the time of awarding the Contract, the PE shall specify any change in the Scope of Supply with respect to Section 6, Schedule of supply included in the E-TD. Such changes may be due, for instance, if the quantities of goods and related Services are increased or decreased at time of award]

The Scope of Supply shall be defined in e-PG3-3A, e-PG3-3B and Drawings Section.

Both side four color cover printing shall be done for all textbook.

All four color books contents page will be 80 GSM and All single color books contents page will be 60 GSM as specified in technical specification [section 7]

Within first 40 days supplier must deliver 50% of the total deliverable of the contract products and rest 50% of the total deliverable of the contract products shall be delivered with in rest 30 days.
If supplier fails to deliver first 50% within specified scheduled time, it will be treated as undelivered goods and Liquidated Damages will be applicable. In such case PE has the right to terminate the contract.

If a supplier is awarded for multiple tenders, supplier must comply each tender delivery schedule individually. If supplies daily production is not satisfactory within the contract period. PE has the right to terminate the contract immediately. For this type of non-performing activity PE has the right to forfeit the PG
Content Paper (80 GSM/60 GSM) and Art Card (230 GSM) will be supplied by the Supplier.
