Eligibility of Tenderer :

01. The Tenderer must be an owner of a dockyard/shipyard or have the business status as shipbuilder. In case of shipbuilder, the Tenderer may hire the Floating Dock of BIWTA at Shyampur. In that case the Tenderer has to take permission from competent authority (i.e. Chief Engineer (Marine) or Superintending Engineer (Dock), Mechanical & Marine Engineering Department) of BIWTA for hiring the floating dock for purpose of repairing before the submission of the Tender.

02. The tenderer must have updated NOC from the Department of Shipping.

03. The tenderer must have updated foreshore license from BIWTA (If applicable).

04. The tenderer must have experience in the repair works of ships, pontoons, ferries, barge or any type of self propelled vessels under public sector as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor
