Eligibility of Tenderer :	1. The tenderer shall be a manufacturer or authorized representative of a foreign manufacturer. Authorization Letter from Dealer/ Trading House will not be accepted. 2. The tenderer shall have a minimum of 05 (five) years of general experience in the supply of goods & related services. 3. The tenderer shall have specific experience of satisfactory completion of supply of three-phase submersible pump-motor set of minimum Tk.3.00 Crore under maximum 03 (three) contracts in the last 05(five) years in any Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous organization. 4. In all cases, the experience/completion certificate issuing officer shall not below the rank of an Executive Engineer & years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper 5. The tenderer shall have a valid ISO 9001:2015 (or updated) certificate in case of the tenderer is an authorized representative of the manufacturer. The manufacturer should have valid ISO 9001:2015 (or updated) & ISO 14001:2015 (or updated) certificate. 6. The tenderer shall submit samples of each item (i.e., pump-motor with feeder cable, starter/driver, MCCB, 10 KVAR Oil Type Capacitor Bank) with manufacturer/factory test report at Rajshahi Regional Store, BMDA, Rajshahi.
