1. The Tenderer should submit the certificate of followings: a) Up to date VAT registration b) Up to date income Tax Certificate. c) Up to date Trade License d) Nationality Certificate. e) Authorization letter 2. A Satisfactory completion of Specific type of supply experience at least TK. 2.0 Lakh only under single contract over a period of last 5 (Five) years. 3. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be TK. 2.0 Lakh only. 4. The Tenderer shall have evidence of minimum o5 (five) years of overall experience in the supply of goods and related services and in its supporting necessary payment certificate must be submitted with the tender. 5. The final decision about the lowest responsive tenderer will be taken according to the recommendation of TEC. 6.Tenderers shall also have to fulfill the requirements of TDS & PCC. 7.The Tender ID and the name of work must be mentioned in Authorized letter.
