All tenderers regardless of whether enlisted or not enlisted with the employer may submit Tenders provided that they are qualified as per Qualification Criteria and Tender Preparation Specified in the Tender Data Sheet (TDS) of the Tender Document.
If any false/forged information is provided by the Organization/Firm/Company in the above Database or if such false/forget information is identified during Tender Evaluation or at any stage/time, then any legal action can be taken against the Organization/Firm/Company according to the Rule 127 of PPR 2008.
The final decision about the lowest responsive tenderer will be taken according to the recommendation of TEC.
Tenderers shall also have to fulfill the requirements of TDS & PCC.

Allowed to post clarification till through e-GP system
1. The minimum period of general experience of the tenderer (for similar type of supply of goods) shall be 05 (Five) years.
2. A satisfactory completion of similar type of supply experience at least Tk. 6,30,000.00 (Six Lakh Thirty Thousand) only under single contract over a period of last 5 years at Roads and Highways Department shall be required. i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System. Supply of Similar Goods means supply of tyre.
3. Date of manufacturer shall not be before 01(One) year month of date of supply.
4. Required Authorization Letter and warranty from manufacturer/Agent/Distributor.
5. Rejected/Defected items will be replaced free of cost at the suppliers expense.
6. Brochure of the product with brand name.
