Information for Tenderer/Consultant :

Eligibility of Tenderer :	1.The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods as Supplier shall be 6 [six] years. 2.The minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply, installation, testing & commissioning of CCTV IP camera using fibre optic cable network of at least one (1) contract successfully completed within the last 5 (five) years, with a contract value of at least Tk20 (twenty) lac. As evidence, whereof the Tenderer must submit the completion certificate issued by the client. 3. The Tenderer must have minimum 01(one) experience in supply and installation of solar power system in any work(BTS/CCTV/others). As evidence, whereof the Tenderer must submit the completion certificate issued by the client. The minimum amount of liquid assets ie working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderer shall be BD 50,00000.00(fifty lac) The tenderer shall submit with its tender the following additional documents: a) Copy of Trade license(updated) b) Copy of TIN certificate & Tax clearance Certificate(updated) c) Copy of VAT certificate d) Tender security.
Brief Description of Goods and Related Service :	Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of explosion and water proof IP camera system at GTCL plotform at Kaladiachor Moheshkhali Coxbazar. GTCL has a platform near kaladiachor,Moheshkhali where no electricity source is present. The Platform contains gas transmission line, valves and other equipment to be monitored from Moheshkhali end GTCL control room. Optical cable is already installed between Zero Point Platform and Moheshkhali control room. The distance between Zero Point to Moheshkhali control room is 7Km (FOC)
