1.The minimum number years of general experience of the Tender in the construction work shall be 5.00 [Five] years. 2. The minimum specific experience in similar works of at least 1 [one] contract(s) successfully completed within the last 5 [Five] years, each with a value of at least Tk 2.0 [Two] lac. Work Completion Certificate at Government / semi Government./ Autonomous organization must be submitted. 3. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 3.00 [Three] lac over the last 5 [Five] years.(3 x 5 = 15 lac ). Recent up to date Bank statement certificate /Audit report / Work completion certificate for comply the Tenderer construction Turnover must be submitted. 4. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or Unconditional credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 1.00 [One] lac. Recent Bank certificate with mentioned the Balance / Unconditional credit facilities must be submitted. 5. N:B. Others terms and condition are specified in TDS & PCC.
