Information for Tenderer/Consultant :

Eligibility of Tenderer :	The tenderer shall be a manufacturer or authorized representative of a foreign manufacturer. Authorization Letter from Dealer/ Trading House will not be accepted. The tenderer shall have a minimum of 05 (five) years of general experience in the supply of goods & related services. The tenderer shall have specific experience of satisfactory completion of supply of *14-inch outer diameter API 5L Grade-B ERW (Electrical Resistance Welded) MS Housing Pipe* of minimum Tk. 6.00 Crore under three contracts in the last 05 (five) years in any Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous organization. In all cases, the experience/completion certificate issuing officer shall not be below the rank of an Executive Engineer & years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper The manufacturer should have valid ISO 9001:2015 (or updated) & ISO 14001:2015 (or updated) certificate. The tenderer shall submit a sample of 1.00-meter *14-inch outer diameter API 5L Grade-B ERW (Electrical Resistance Welded) MS Housing Pipe* with manufacturer/factory test report at Rajshahi Regional Store, BMDA, Rajshahi. Receipt of sample submission with manufacturer/factory test report must be uploaded with the tender. Tenderer shall have i) Valid & updated trade license ii) Valid & updated income tax clearance certificate iii) Valid TIN certificate iv) Valid VAT registration certificate 8.
