Tenderer must have 05 (Five) years General and 03(Three) Years specific experience from Government/ Semi-Government/ Autonomous organization in docking & docking related repair works 3. Must have NOC as Dockyard / Shipyard from the Department of Shipping. 4. The Tenderer must have updated Foreshore licence from BIWTA. 5 Qualified & Experienced Technical Personnel (Mechanical Engineer/Naval Architect). 6. The tenderer shall have Bank Solvency Certificate (Sanctioned credit line facilities) As per TDS. 7. Other required eligibility and condition of the tenders as stipulated in the Tender Data Sheet (TDS) of the Tender Document.
