Eligibility of Tenderer :	1. A satisfactory completion of civil works of at least Tk 500,000/00 ( FIVE LAKH) under 02 (TWO) of contract(s) over a period of 02 (TWO) years shall be required. 2. Any type of Civil works experience. 3. A Programme & Work Schedule must be submitted for this Works within 07 days through Engineer-Incharge to PE after signing of the Contract. 4. Construction materials ( Rebar, Cement, Bricks, stones chips etc. ) brand name and mixed design will be defined as per PGCB approved brand and mixwd design ratio for similiar activity during execution of work. 6. Before submitting the tender the tenderer is to be aware to submit a Consent Letter so that he is aware of this. 7. Valid Trade License, Income Tax Certificate, VAT, TIN.
