i. Reputed Contractors/Construction firms who have minimum 5 (Five) years of general experience in construction works having a satisfactory completion of similar nature of work as specific experience i.e construction of Hydraulic Structure(such as Box Culvert, Regulator etc.) at least minimum work order value of Tk. 14.00 (Fourteen) Lakhs in a single contract completed over the last 05 (Five) years in any Government or semi government or autonomous organization; years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System. ii. The tenderer shall have minimum average annual construction Turnover of Tk. 14.00 (Fourteen) lakhs during the last 5 years. iii. The minimum amount of free fund (Liquid asset) or working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be Tk. 14.00 (Fourteen) lakhs. Document submitted along with the tender must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender. iv. The Tenderer must submit the copy of their up to date Trade License, Income Tax and VAT registration certificate. v. The Tenderer must submit all the required papers and documents to proof their eligibility as per tender documents (including Technical specifications and Special terms and conditions). vi. Tenderer who worked in any office of BADC and did not complete timely or correct the defects in time within the defects liability period are not eligible to participate the tender. vii. Any fraudulent practice will liable to debarment of the tenderer. viii. If the tenderers fail to fulfill the above conditions and any related conditions of this tender documents, then the tender will be rejected.
