Key Qualifications:
1. A satisfactory completion of similar works of at least Tk. 9.00 Lac under single of contract(s) over a period of 05 years shall be required. (years will be counted backward from the date of publication of IFT in the website).
2. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 9.50 Lac over the last 05 years.(years will be counted backward from the date of publication of IFT in the website).
3. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 14.00 lac. (years will be counted backward from the date of publication of IFT in the website).The issue date of Bank Certificate must be within the Tender notice date to submission date stating the name of the work by the tenderer and Bank certificate shall be submitted along with the tender stating the name of the work in case of line of credit. In case of avaiable credit facicilities and available balance, it should be ensured by the appropriate authority of the bank that those available credit facilities or balance will be used for this mentioned work . If this is not follwed, the tender will be cancelled without any further clarification.
Also any Firm(s)/individual(s) who fulfill the other qualifications criteria Stipulated in the Tender Data Sheet(TDS) and other conditions of the tender(s) document(s).
