Information for Tenderer/Consultant :

Eligibility of Tenderer :

a. The bidder must be an enlisted A type contractor of BGB.

b. The bidder must have minimum 10 years experience in construction work.

c. The supplier/bidder should have experience of satisfactory completion and maintenance of minimum 3 number of six storied building in BGB over the last 03 (Three) years.

d. The minimum supply/contract value under a single contract in last three years should be minimum Tk 200 (Two Hundred) crore under BGB.
e. Total supply/contract value in last 3 years should not be less than Tk 300 (Three Hundred) crore under BGB.

f. Availability of minimum liquid assests or working capital or credit facilities of minimum Tk 100 (One Hundred) crore from any scheduled banks.

g. The Tenderer must have in house design cell supported by experienced/ qualified engineers.

h. The Tenderer should have at least 5 civil engineers, 2 mechanical engineers & 2 electrical engineers having 10 (ten) years’ experience and sufficient number of diploma engineers and technicians having 10 (ten) years ground experience in related fields.

j. Tenderer must have sufficient number of construction equipments. Excavator, Pay Loader, Dumper, Rig etc.

k. Updated Trade License.
l. Up to date Contractors ABC Licences and Supervisors Licence (only for Electric Contractor).
m. E-TIN Certificate.
n. Updated Income Tax Certificate.
o. VAT Registration Certificate.
