Eligibility of Tenderer :	1.As per TDS It is to be noted that latest amendment regarding (-/+) 10% bar of official estimate for quoting rate will be applicable for this tender. 2. General experience 5 years 3. A satisfactory completion of similar works of Construction at least Tk 1.60 Lac under One of contract(s) over a period of 5 (Five )years shall be required. 4. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 7.00 ( Seven Lac) over the last 3 (Three) years.. 5.The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 2.00 (Two) lakhs. For credit facilities, use the standard format "Letter of Commitment for Bank’s Undertaking for Line of Credit (Form PW3-7)" which is uploaded in 'General Specifications' section. Any conditional Line of Credit or Other format for this will not be considered. 6. The minimum tender capacity shall be: 1.85 Lac
