Information for Tenderer/Consultant :

Eligibility of Tenderer :	The minimum number of years of general experience of the tenderer in the construction works as prime contractor or sub-contractor or management contractor shall be 5 (five) years. The minimum specific experience as a prime contractor or sub-contractor or management contractor in RCC construction works of at least 1(one) number contract of 2-storied building with 3-storied pre-cast/Cast-in-situ pile/footing/mat foundation in/c. internal sanitary and water supply and internal electrical works successfully completed within the last 5(five) years with a value of at least Tk. 45.00 forty five) lac in Govt./Semi-Govt./Autonomous organization. The tenderers shall have a minimum average annual construction turnover Tk 70.00 (seventy) lac over the last 5 (five) financial years or best 5(five) years in the last 10 (ten) years. Payment certificates of works contract in progress or completed under public sector must be submitted along with tender in support of average annual construction turnover. The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e working capital or credit facilities as PW3-7 format of the Tenderers shall be Tk 40.00 (Forty) lac.
