Eligibility of Tenderer :	1. The tenderer should be submit the certificate of followings. a) Up to date VAT Registration. b) Up to date income tax Certificate. c) Up to date Trade license. d) Nationality Certificate. e) Authorisation Letter. 2. The tenderer must have completed similar type of contract having valuation of Tk.4.00 (Four lac) in a single contract in last 5 (five) years. 3. Minimum liquid asset should be Tk.3.50 (Three lac fifty thousand) only 4. The tenderer have must average annual turn over for Tk.4.00 (Four lac) in last 3 (three) years. 5. The final decision about the lowest responsive tenderer will be taken according the recommendation of TEC. 6. Tenderers shall also have to fulfill the requirements of TDS & PCC. 7. Rule 27(2) of PPR-2008 will be apply in case of front loading.
