Eligibility of Tenderer :	(a) Bidder must register in CPTU web portal for e-tendering process. (b) A satisfactory completion of similar works of at least Tk 100.00 Lac under 1 (one) of contract over a period of 3 (three) years shall be required. The bidder must have similar experience in construction works in the following key activities: Rehabilitation of Embankment/ Repair & Construction of Hydraulic Structure/Construction of new embankment in a single contract sum up amounts not less than Tk. 100.00 Lac. (c) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk.70.00 Lac over the last 3 (three) years. (d) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the bidder shall be Tk 35.00 Lac In case of the credit certificate from bank, specific package and name of the work must be shown in the certificate and credit certificate to be issued within 14 days before deadline for submission of the tender.
