Eligibility of Tenderer :	1. The contractor must be enlisted as 1st class contractor for civil construction works with any Govt./ Semi-Govt./ Autonomous bodies. 2. A satisfactory completion of similar works/Civil Construction Works of at least Tk. 10.00 (Ten) Lakh under 01 contrac over the period of last 05 years shall be required, years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper. 3. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 35.00 (Thirty Five) Lakh over the last 3 years. The period may be best three (3) years in the last five (5) years, years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper. 4. The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 14.00 (Fourteen) Lakh from any schedule bank of Bangladesh having dated not earlier than tender publication date in e-GP system. 5. The minimum tender capacity shall be Tk. 11.00 (Eleven) Lakh.
