1. Section-4: GCC 33.3 shall be amended as: "The period of validity of the Warranty shall be 12 (Twelve) months from the date of Provisional Acceptance Certificate (PAC). During the warranty period, if any equipment/material is damaged and replaced by the Supplier, fresh warranty period for 12 (Twelve) months shall be counted for the replaced equipment/material. Total warranty period shall not increase more than 24 (Twenty-Four) months in any case"

2. Section-6: Technical Information: 1.0, 2.1 (15), 2.2(16) & 2.3 (15) shall be amended as: "The Warranty Period of Three (3) years of OEM warranty with local support & part replacement services shall be amended as One (1) year of OEM warranty with local support & part replacement services"
