(a) Tenderer shall have a minimum of ten (10) years of general experience in the supply of Goods and related services.

(b)

1. The satisfactory completion of supply of similar Goods of minimum 20,000 (twenty thousand) nos under maximum 1 contract in the last 5 of years. i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System.

Experience / Completion certificates must be submitted demonstrating such supply performances. The specific experience of tenderer as a Local Agent will not be considered.

2. The tenderer must submit the “Factory test report” during submission of bid Failure to submit the “Factory test report” will make the tenderer non-responsive. Factory test report must comply with the requirements stated in the specification of meters for use with water having the water quality mentioned in the section 1.4 (standards) of technical specifications.

3. Only the technically responsive tenderers must submit two meters for each dia within 7 days of written letter from the Procuring Entity at the post evaluation stage. Failure to submit the sample meter will make the tenderer non-responsive.

4. During post evaluation, submitted meters of lowest responsive tenderer will be tested. Unsatisfactory results will make the tenderer disqualified and submitted meters of the next lowest responsive tenderer will be tested. Upon satisfactory result the tenderer will be requested to supply the meters.

5. Sample (one meter per two thousand) to be taken randomly from each lot of supply and to be tested. Based on satisfactory result of test report, meters in large scale will be accepted.

6. Selected bidder will have to submit sample of water meter box made by mould as per specification and design during post evaluation.

(c) The tenderer has successfully completed supply of at least 75,000 (seventy five thousand) nos. of water meters within the last 5 years prior to the deadline date of tender submission.

The supply / production capacity of tenderer as a Local Agent will not be considered.
