Note: The Tenderer(s) have to submit at least one experience certificate proving 10 (Ten) years experience. b) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in Building construction works of at least one Government Establishment (Building Contract) Construction work having minimum value of Tk. 3.00 Crore (Three crore) only successfully completed within the last 05 (Five) years.	a) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 10 (Ten) years.
