1. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works of at least One (01) contract of similar nature,complexity and methods/construction technology successfully completed within the last five (05) years, each with a value of at least Tk.27500000.00(Two Crore Seventy five lakh Only)(not before FY::2011-12 ).
2.The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 45000000.00(Four Crore fifty Only) in the last 5 (Five) years (not before FY::2011-12)
3.The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk.11000000.00((One crore Ten Lakh Only)
-Tenderer shall demonstrate the resources sufficient to meet the aggregate of the value for the individual contracts/contractual commitements, in case, participation is more than one package/lot from same procuring entity and other procuring entity(ies)
- Banking instruement-authenticated by bank statement, saving instruement from any schedule Bank.
-Working capital-authenticated by recent past Audit Report.
-Credit facilities-authenticated by credit sanctioned letter and bank statement of the credit amount
-Credit line-authenticated by any scheduled bank in the format as specified (From PW3-7) without alteration.
-Banking instruement, statement of Credit facilities and Credit line issued not earlier than 28twenty eight) days prior to the day of the orginal deadline for submission of Tenders for this Contract
4. In case of multiple number of contractual commitsments, a written testimony by the tenderer that demonstrates that the tenderer have resources sufficient to meet the aggregate of the qualifying criteria for the individiual contracts/ contractual commitments.
