Therefore, the Contractor/Suppliers must contact with respective Division for performing the work on site where applicable under supervision of Engineer in Charge. * The final decision about the lowest responsive tenderer will be taken according to the recommendation of TEC. * The tenderer shall maintain highest ethics in providing information regarding the tender.
