1. All potential Tenderers of Bangladesh are eligible to participate in the Procurement process. 2. Tenderer must be registered in the e-GP system under appropriate user category of procurement process in order to have appropriate access point and to get working dashboard with authorized functions in e-GP System. 3. Tenderer shall be solvent, e.g. the Tenderer is financially capable to perform the contract for the proposed Procurement. 4. Tenderer shall have fulfilled its obligations to pay taxes under the provisions of laws and regulations of Bangladesh. 5. Tenderer shall have the minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods as Supplier shall be 1 years. 6. Tenderer shall have the minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of related goods of at least one (1) contract successfully completed within the last 3 years, with a value of at least Tk. 11 Lac. 7. Tenderer shall have the minimum amount of liquid assets i.e working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderer shall be Tk 16 Lac 8. Up-to-date income tax clearance certificate. 9. Up-to-date trade license. 10.National ID card. 11.Vat registration certificate. 12.Manufacturer Authorization Letter (MAL).
