| Eligibility of Consultant
|
1) Any e-GP registered Tenderers of Bangladesh fulfill the criteria mentioned as Per ITT & TDS are eligible to participate in this Procurement Proceses.
2) Valid Trade License (up to date),Income Tax Clearance Certificate (up to date), TIN Certificate & VAT Registration Certificate.
3) Payment will be made as per availibility of the fund but the whole work shall have to be completed within stipulated time
4) According to Letter Memo No-03.074.039.16.00.004.2018-377; Dated : 30/08/2018 & Memo No : 03.073.046.21.00.001.2018-259; Dated: 03.10.2019 from Office of The Prime Minister and CPTU Letter Memo No : 21.00.0000.364.22.020.19-202; Date : 10.10.2019.; the contractor who has not yet completed his/her work/works within schedule stipulated time by ensuring the quality without any acceptable reason, will not to be considered as a qualified tenderer for this tender notice.
5) If any mistake/omission occurs in this tender will be corrected /included as per PPA-2006,PPR-2008 and its amendment and no claim in this regards will be entertained.
6) Satisfying the other criteria laid down in TDS, PCC & ITT.

| TDS/PDS--A. General--
|
a)Any e-GP registered Tenderers of Bangladesh fulfill the criteria mentioned as Per ITT & TDS are eligible to participate in the Procurement Proceses.
b) Qualified suppliers who have minimum 05 (one) year of general experience in furniture supply (Experience in furniture supply to educational Institutions) counting backward
from the date of tender publication (IFT)in the Newspaper.
c) Supplier who have minimum specific experience in supply of furniture to educational institutions at least in 03(Three) contracts successfully completed within the last 05(five) years,each contract with a value of work order at least Tk.13(Thirteen) Lac in Govt/Semi Govt/Autonomous Body of Bangladesh..(completion certificate and work order shall have to be enclosed).
d) The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be amount in Tk.22.00(Twenty two) lac in the form of only PG2-5 mentioning the name of the work, supported by bank certificate (Original copy only) period should be within 28 (twenty eight) days counting backward from the last date of tender submission. Incase of bank statement deposit must remain 03 (Three) consecutive working days (days end banking) balance (from date of publication to newspaper to submission date)must be the above amount.In case of credit facilities, conditional bank certificate/bank solvency certificate shall not be accepted as liquid assets. In case of Tenderer successful in more than one Lot/ID (in same Notice that published in Newspaper), should satisfy the Liquid Asset Criteria in multiple of minimum amount [i.e Liquid Asset Amount should be ≥No. of Lots x Minimum Amount of Liquid Asset]; Otherwise the Tenderers shall be disqualified for multiple Lots.
e) Minimum Performance Security will be 10% of the total contract price.
f) If the quoted rates are significantly below/above than the official estimated cost the PERFORMANCE SECURITY will be 25% of the total contract price as per PPR 2008 rule 27(2).
g) If 25% PERFORMANCE SECURITY is not submitted in time/fails to accept NOA Tender Security will be FORFEITED & The TENDERER will NOT BE ELLIGIBLE for any other such tender.

i) Supplier must have own factory for seasoning/assembling facilities of the furnitures and to ensure the quality of specified woods must take prior approval(by visiting supplier factory) from the concerned engineer (in charge) before delivery of the furnitures. |
