Eligibility of Tenderer :	1. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in construction/ repair works as Prime contractor shall be 5 years. 2. A satisfactory completion of similar works in construction/ repair works of at least Tk 2400000.00 (Twenty four Lac) under 1 of contract(s) over a period of 3 years shall be required in Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh. 3. Certificate of unconditional Liquid Asset Tk. 2400000.00 (Twenty four Lac) must be in the form of letter of commitment of Bank for line of credit to the Tenderer in favour of the work. 4. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 50.00 Lac over the last 3 (Three) years in Government/Semi-Government/ Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh supported by payment certificates. 5. The minimum Tender Capacity of the Tenderer will be Tk 240000.00 (Twenty four Lac). 6. Having up to date Income TAX payment certificate. 7. Having the VAT (BIN) Registration Certificate. 8. Having up to date Trade License.
