TDS/PDS--C. Qualification Criteria--	The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 5 (Five) years. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in Building construction works of at least 1 (One) contract of similar nature, complexity and methods/construction technology successfully completed within the last 5 (Five) years, each with a value of at least Tk. 125.00 Lakh. Note 1: years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper. Note 2: In case of Specific Experience only Work Completion Certificate will be Granted.	(a) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 05 (Five) years. (b) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works of at least 01 (One) contract of similar nature (Bituminous Carpeting Road works), complexity and methods/construction technology successfully completed within the last 05 (Five) years, each with a value of at least Tk. 125.00 Lac. NOTE for both a & b: 1. Years will be counted backward from the date of publication of IFT in the website. 2. The start date of the earliest construction works completed satisfactorily under public sector will be considered for calculating the period of general experience. 3. Tenderer shall attach relevant certificate issued by concerned PE.
