The standard specification (PBS instruction 100-28/100-28SC/100-45) or its revision shall form an integral part of the contract and the copy may be inspected in the office of the Consultant or in the office of the Director, System Engg. & Design, BREB, Joarshara, Dhaka, or in the office of the respective Director/ SE (Project), BREB.
