1) The maximum two number of arbitration against the Tenderer over a period of the last five years and the litigation cases shall not have negative impact on the financial capacity of the Tenderers. All pending litigation shall be treated as resolved against the Tenderers. 2) The Tenderer shall have a minimum of Five years of overall experience in the supply of similar goods and related services. 3) Tenderer must have experience in successfully supplying of similar goods and related services amounting to minimum BDT. 30 (Thirty) Lakhs under single contract within last five (5) years in Government/semi-government/ Autonomous organizations. i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of this IFT in the e-GP system. 4) The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s), net of other contractual commitments is BDT 35,00,000.00 (Taka Thirty Five Lakh only). Credit Facility Certificate issued by the Scheduled bank in favour of tenderer must mention the Tender Name & IFT No. and procuring entity and must not be 28 days before submission of this tender 5) The Tenderer shall submit with its e-Tender the following additional documents: a. In case of limited company, certificate of incorporation; b. Updated Trade license; c. VAT Registration Certificate; d. Updated Income Tax Certificate; e. Tenderer must submit manufacturer’s/Distributor’s dealer authorization letter for the quoted Brand and Model, duly signed by the manufacturer’s authorized person with details of contact address including valid e-mail;
