Qualification Criteria--	15.1 (a) The minimum number of years of General Experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 05 (Five) years. NOTE: 1. Years will be counted backward from the date of publication of IFT in the website. 2. The start date of the earliest/First construction works completed satisfactorily under public sector will be considered for calculating the period of general experience. Tenderer shall attach relevant certificate issued by concerned PE. 15.1 (b) The minimum Specific Experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works of at least 01 (One) contract of similar nature, complexity and methods/construction technology Such as Building Construction Work with BC Road Construction Work completed within the last 05 (Five) years, each with a value of at least Tk. 17800000.00 (One Crore and Seventy Eight Lakh) Only NOTE: 1. Years will be counted backward from the date of publication of IFT in the website. 2. Tenderers shall attach relevant certificate issued by the Procuring Entity(ies).	15.1 (a) The minimum number of years of General Experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 05 (Five) years.
