Eligibility of Tenderer :	The invitation for tender is open to all eligible Tenderers/Contractor/NHA’S Enlisted Contractor who have comply the following condition:-(a) The Tenderer must have minimum 05(five) years general experience in Electrical works/supply in Govt./Semi-Govt./Autonomous organization. (b) Experience in successful completion of at least 01 No of minimum 315 KVA Sub-station with H.T & L.T cable and necessary related accessories in a single contact amounting Tk.45.00 (Forty five)lac within the last 05(Five) years in Govt./Semi-Govt./Autonomous organization. Certifying authority not below the rank of Executive Engineer.(c) The tenderer must possess and submit up to date Trade license, Income Tax Clearance certificate, VAT registration certificate & ABC category Electrical Contractor and Supervisory license.Work Programme in Bar Chart etc.(d) The required Average Annual Construction turn over shall be grater than Tk 90.00 (Ninety)lac during last 05(five) year in Govt./Semi-Govt./Autonomous organization.The Tenderer shall submit a calculation sheet with copies of all payment certificates.(e) The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit facilities shall be 50.00 (Fifty) lac to be submitted from any scheduled bank of Bangladesh in PW2a-3 from.The document submitted along with the tender must be issued in between tender publication and submission date.(f) The tender capacity shall be Tk 50.00(Fifty)lac.The tenderer must submit a calculation sheet in this regard. The tenderer must submit list of contract agreement, up to date payment certificate for on-going and completed contract under public sector.(h) Stern action will be taken against the contactor incase of any fraudulent practices.(j) The full eligibility and qualification criteria will be available in details in the TDS.
