The invitation for tender is open to all eligible Tenderers/Contractor / NHA’S Enlisted Contractor who have comply the following condition :-(a) The Tenderer must have minimum 05(five) years general experience in Electrical works/supply.(b) Experience in successful completion of at least one number similar nature of work Supplying, installation, testing & commissioning of centrifugal pump motor set in a single contact amounting Tk 45.00 (Forty five) lac within the last 05(Five)years in Govt./Semi-Govt./Autonomous organization. Certifying authority not below the rank of Executive Engineer.
(c) The tenderer must enclose valid up to date Trade license, Income Tax clearance certificate,VAT registration certificate & ABC category Electrical Contractors and Supervisory license.
(d) The required Average Annual Construction turn over shall be grater than is Tk100.00(One hundred) lac over the last 05(five) year in Govt./Semi-Govt./Autonomous organisation.The Tenderer shall submit a calculation sheet with copies of all relevant payment certificate.(e) The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit facilities shall be 55.00 (Fifty five)lac to be submitted from any scheduled bank of Bangladesh in PW2a-3 from. The document submitted along with the tender must be issued in between tender publication and submission date.(f)The tender capacity shall be Tk 50.00(Fifty)lac.The tenderer must submit a calculation sheet in this regard. The tenderer must submit list of contract agreement, up to date payment certificate for on-going and completed contract under public sector.(g) Stern action will be taken against the contactor incase of any fraudulent practices.(h) Stern action will be taken against the contactor incase
