Eligibility of Tenderer :	1. As described in tender document. 2. A satisfactory completion of similar civil construction works of at least Tk 25.00 (twenty-five) Lac under 01 (One) no. of contract(s) over a period of last 05 (Five) years shall be required. 3. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 25.00 (twenty-five) Lac over the last 05 (Five) years. [2016-17, 2017-18, 2018-19, 2019-20, 2020-21] 4. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 15.00 (fifteen) Lac. 5. The minimum capacity shall be: Tk 30.00 (thirty) Lac. 6. The Tenderer shall submit with its Tender the following additional documents: a. Valid Trade License. b. Vat Registration. c. TIN certificate d. Nationality Certificate. e. National ID f. Business Address. 7. Tenderers having quoted the tender price more than 10 (Ten) percent above or below the official cost estimate, the tender will be rejected. 8. No Joint Venture (JV) shall be permissible under this Invitation for Tenders. Tenders submitted in the form of JV shall be considered non-responsive.
