Eligibility of Tenderer :	01. Manufacturer/Manufacturer's Authorize Representative/ Exclusive Agent of Manufacturer are eligible to participate in the tender. If the bidder is not the Manufacturer, Authorization letter from the Manufacturer must be submitted with the tender. 02. Bidder should have exclusive agency agreement /Authorization with the pump motor manufacturer. 03. Motor manufacturer should have CE certificate 04. Pump & motor manufacturers should be ISO 9001 : 2015 standard. 05.100 hours satisfactory test certificate should be submitted from the Manufacturer. 06. Bidders must have 5 Years general experience of similar goods. 07. The tenderer shall have specific experience of satisfactory completion of supply of surface water treatment plant pump-motor set of minimum taka 130 Lac under one contracts in the last 05(five) years in any Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous organization. 08. Tenderers must have trade license, income tax clearance certificate, TIN & VAT Registration certificate. Copy of these certificates must be enclosed alongwith the tender. 09. The Tenderer must submit all the required papers and documents to proof their eligibility as per tender documents (including Technical specifications and Special terms and conditions). All other conditions as mentioned in the tender document should be full filled by the tenderer.
