a. All the tenderer must follow the PPR-2008 rules & regulation; b. Following documents are to be submitted/uploaded; (I) General experience of supply of similar Goods and related services in last 01 (One) year; (II) The specific experience as supplier in supply of similar nature goods of minimum 5.60 lakh under one (1) contract successfully completed within the last 3 years. (III) Certificate of Bank solvency/Liquid Assets Value of Tk. 6.50 Lakh (ITT Clause-9.1.a;From PG2-5) issued after November'2021; (IV) Up-to-date Valid Trade License; (V) Up-to-date Income Tax clearance certificate; (VI) e-BIN(13 digits) registration certificate; (VII) Manufacturer Authorization Letter or Contract deed with the Importers/Manufacturer (if bidder is a supplier); (VIII) Certificate of incorporation (in case of limited company); (IX) Sample of 03 (three) pcs (each) Jail Sign , Divisional Sign & Lanyard must be submited to the Prisons Directorate as per technical specification on or before tender opening date and time.
