| Eligibility of Consultant
|
a) Reputed Contractors/ Construction/ Supply, Installation and commissioning firms who have a minimum five (5) years of general experience in construction works.
b) The minimum specific experience as Construction/ Supply,Installation and commissioning of sewage treatment plant at least 2(two) contracts successfully completed within the last 5 (Five) years with a value of at least BDT 500.00 lakh each. In case of private sector experience, the supplier must submit the vetted certificate by the concerned PWD Executive Engineer whose jurisdiction covers the area of work.
c) The minimum running sewage treatment plant is 02(two) nos.in last 03 (Three) years; each capacity not less than 250 m3/day.
d) The tenderers shall have a minimum average annual construction/Supply, Installation and commissioning turnover during the last 5(five) financial years of Tk.1150.00 lakh.
e) The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or creditline(s) of the supplier shall be BDT 575.00 lakh inthe form e-PW 3-5
f) The minimum tender capacity shall be Tk. 800.00 lakh.
g) The tenderer must possess i) Up-to-date income tax clearancecertificate, ii) Valid VAT registration certificate, iii) Up-to-date tradelicense, iv) Up-to-date ABC Category Contractor and supervisorylicense from electricity licensing board, Government of Bangladesh.
h) Other required eligibility and conditions of the tenderer are shownin the tender data sheet (TDS) of tender documents.
i) Special Terms & Conditions for this project must be followed by thetenderer as described in the respective section of the Tenderdocuments
j) Minimum 60 out of 100 Score to be obtained to be technically qualified as stated Tender Data Sheet (Section-D).

| TDS/PDS--D. Tender Preparation--
|
The Tenderer shall submit with its Tender the following additional documents:
(a) the Tender Submission Letter (Form e-PW3-1) as furnished in Section 5: e-Tender Forms;
(b) Tenderer Information (Form e-PW3-2) as furnished in Section 5: e-Tender Forms;
(c) the priced Bill of Quantities for each lot in accordance with ITT Clauses 26 and 27;
(d) Tender Security as stated under ITT Clauses 34 and 35.
(e) Written confirmation authorizing the signatory of the Tenderer including National ID to submit the e-Tender, as stated under ITT Sub Clause 39.4;
(f) Valid Trade license to be mapped from e-GP Common document library of the Tenderer ;
(g) Documentary evidence of Tax Identification Number (TIN) and Value Added Tax (VAT) as a proof of taxation obligations as stated under ITT Sub Clause 5.10 to be mapped
from e-GP Common document library of the Tenderer;
(h) Technical Proposal describing work plan & method, personnel, equipment and schedules as stated under ITT Clause 30;
(i) documentary evidence as stated under ITT Clause 28 and 31 establishing the Tenderer’s eligibility and the minimum qualifications of the Tenderer required to be met for due
performance of the Works and physical services under the Contract;
(j) Documents establishing legal and financial autonomy and compliance with commercial law, as stated under ITT Sub-clause 5.4 in case of government owned entity; and
(k) any other document as specified in the TDS.
The Tenderer shall submit with its Tender the following additional documents:

11. Weekly consumption of water in the proposed system 5
12. Sludge free or Presence of Sludge after sewage treatment (in gm/m3) with proofs to be submitted. 7.5
