1. Supply, Installation, Testing and commissioning record of Air cooler over a period of last 3(three) years where date counts backward from the date of IFT published in newspaper. Completion certificate must be submitted as a proof. 
2. Supplied item must be complied with technical specification stated.
3. Bidder must submit the end user certificate for the supplied item. 
4. The minimum amount of liquid assets, net of other contractual commitments, is Tk. 8.0 (Eight) Lac.
