Eligibility of Tenderer :	It is to be noted that the Quoted boring rate should be increased proportionately according to the depth of the well otherwise the tenderer would be consider non-responsive without further clarification. .According to the amendment of PPA-2006 , the tenderer as quoted price of 10 percent above or below of the official estimate will be consider as non-responsive. The final decision about the lowest responsive tenderer will be taken according the recommendation of TEC. The tenderer must have to be submitted the Bank Statement certificate, in case of credit facilities must have to be submitted according to the PPR Format otherwise the tenderer would be consider non-responsive without further clarification. Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Tenderers shall also have to beÂ fulfill the requirements of TDS & PCC. Â
