Eligibility of Tenderer :	1. Enlisted Contractor of BADC or from any other government agency, division, autonomus, semi-autonomous body or corporation who have a) valid trade license with up to date renewal. b) Valid TIN Certificate with up-to-date Income Tax Certificate. c) VAT registration Certificate. 2. Minimum amount of liquid asset is 20,00, 000.00 (Twenty Lakh). Regarding this purpose only Bank statement (from the date of publishing the tender in web site to the date of submission of tender by the tenderer) will be consider. 3. The required average annual construction turnover shall be Tk. Eighteen Lakh (18,00, 000/-) over the last three (3) years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper. 4. A satisfactory completion of buried pipe line construction works of at least Taka 18,00,00/-(Eighteen Lakh) under 2(two) number of contract(s) over a period of last 3(three) years counting backward from the date of publishing the tender shall be required. 5. The tenderers must have all other eligibilities mentioned in the tender document (TDS) 6. Terms and condition mention in the file: Special Terms & Condition (uploaded in section-8) will be applied. 7. Bidder will be allowed to bid for all lot but no bidder will be consider for more than 1(one) lot
