1. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the Bldg. construction as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 05 (Five) years for all lot, years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper 2. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor at least 01 (one) contract that are similar to the proposed nature/ Maintenance , complexity and methods successfully and substantially completed in any Govt./Semi-Govt./Autonomous Organization within the last 5(five) years with a value of at least Tk. 131.00 (One Crore Thirty One Lac) only, years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.
3. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 112.00 (One Crore Twelve Lac) only calculated as total certified payments received for contracts in progress or completed, over the last 5 (Five) years or best 3 (Five) years in the last 5(five) years, years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper 4. The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderers shall be Tk. 46.50 (Forty Six Lac Fifty Thousand) only to comply the current soundness of the applicant's financial position and its prospective long term profitability. These to be verified through submission of audited balance sheets or if not required by the law of the applicant's country, other financial statements acceptable to the Procuring Entity, for the last 3 (three) years 5.
