• Tenderers should provide information of all ongoing Contracts and Current Commitments under all PEs organizations otherwise the tenderer will be considered as non-responsive and tender security must be forfeited.
• In case of an abnormal quoted rate (10% less or above in any item of the estimated rate), the tenderer must be asked to provide rate justification. Without proper justification, the tenderer will be considered non-responsive.
• Tenderers must not have a record of poor performance, such as abandoning the works, not properly completing contracts, inordinate delays, or financial failure as stated in ITT.
