The invitation for tender is open to all eligible Tenderers/Contractor who have comply the following condition:- (a) The Tenderer must have minimum 05(five) years general experience in Solar system supply works in Govt./Semi-Govt./Autonomous organization. (b) Experience in successful completion of minimum 18 Kwp On grid type solar system in a single contact amounting Tk40.00(Forty)lac within the last 05(Five) years in Govt./Semi-Govt./Autonomous organization. Certifying authority not below the rank of Executive Engineer. (c) The tenderer must possess and submit up to date Trade license, Income Tax Clearance certificate, VAT registration certificate & ABC category Electrical Contractor and Supervisory license, Work Programme in Bar Chart etc. (d) The required Average Annual Turn over shall be minimum Tk 80.00 (Eighty)lac during last 05(five) year in Govt./Semi-Govt./Autonomous organization. (e) The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit facilities shall be Tk 35.00 (Thirty five)lac to be submitted from any scheduled bank of Bangladesh in PW2A-3 from.The document submitted along with the tender must be issued in between tender publication and submission date. (f) The tender capacity shall be Tk 40.00(Forty)lac.The tenderer must submit a calculation sheet in this regard. The tenderer must submit list of contract agreement, up to date payment certificate for on-going and completed contract under public sector.
