(b) The minimum number of years of general experience of the tenderer in the construction work as prime contractor or sub-contractor or management contractor shall be 03 years. (c) The minimum specific experience (only public fund ) as prime contractor in construction works of at least 01 contract of similar nature, complexity and methods/ construction technology successfully completed within the last 10 years each with a value of at least Tk.23.00 (Twenty three) Lac (d) The required average annual construction turnover (only public fund ) shall be greater than Tk .11.00(Eleven) Lac over the last 05 (five) years. (e) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 10.00 [ten] Lac - Banking instrument, statement of credit facilities and Credit line issued not earlier then 28 (twenty eight) days prior to the day of the original deadline for submission of tenders form this contract.
