i) As Per Tender Document.
ii) The Tenderer whose total quoted amount above/below the 10% (Ten percent) of official estimated cost shall be considered as rejected.
iii) 60(Sixty) days after last issuence of depermental matterials.
iv) Above all the contractor has to submit a certificate to the effect that he has completed (Supplying Work) a minimum of Tk. 15.00 (Fifteen) lakh per amount for the last 3(Three) years in the Superintendent Engineer office, O & M Circle (North), Ctg.
