(b) The minimum specific experience as prime contractor or sub-contractor or managagement contractor in construction works of at last 01 contract of similar nature, complexity and methods/construction technology successfully completed within the last 5 years each with a value of at least Tk.12,00,000.00 (c) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk.30,00,000.00 over the period may be best 03(three) years in the last 5(five) years. (d) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be Tk.6,00,000.00
